Tanglewood
Giant Schnauzers has bred 6 Best In Show dogs. Also, my Giant Schnauzers
have been invited to the prestigious Westminster
Kennel Club and Eukanuba AKC National Championship every year
since 2000. I could not be more proud! Our puppies track records
are not only proven in the show ring, but in the many homes of my
extended families.
I hope you enjoy my website and I look forward to hearing from you.

Sometimes you really are in the right place at the right time. Years ago, Chris and I were showing our Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier, Sullivan, and were lucky enough to meet Ed and his Giants. Little did I know at the time, but my life would change forever. Chris had long been a fan of Giants, but having grown up with miniature schnauzers, I knew little about the breed. We began to look forward to each dog show as we would spend time with Ed and Chief and anyone else that came along for the ride that particular weekend. One day baby Lovey came to a show with Ed and I knew she was my girl! With each new Giant that has come into our home, I have become more passionate about the breed. People often ask me “What is it about Giants??” Easy answer, their beauty is surpassed only by their uniquely fabulous personalities!
I could not be happier that Ed has included me as his partner as he pursues his childhood dream. With every litter, I am more proud of our beautiful dogs. We work hard to ensure our Giants are bred to the highest health and temperament standards. Give us a call, we’d love to have you join our “Giant” family and experience the love of a Tanglewood Giant.

-Happy Holidays from Tanglewood! We hope you
are enjoying the season with friends and family. We also hope you
haven’t had to “redecorate” your
tree too many times. Baby Olivia has sure kept me busy! Who knew
how quickly a puppy can move…and “wow”- what about
that cool stuff, “snow”?
-We are busy planning our upcoming litters. We plan to breed both
Jett and Lovey the next time they come into season- which should
be early in the new year.
-We are closing in on a fabulous year. Bo is currently the Number
One Giant in the country! He has won several specialty shows this
year and has rounded the year out with some impressive wins. We are
very proud of him! Bo and Ed attended the Eukanuba
National Championship in California the weekend of December 13 and Bo won the breed!! Eukanuba
will be televised, so watch your local listings and you will see
the two of them on TV. They will also be attending Westminister in
February.
-Tanglewood’s Licensed to Kill, “James” is a new
champion! He has also won a Puppy Best In Show in Iowa this summer.
Keep an eye out for this boy- he’s going to be one to watch!
-Tanglewood’s And Justice For All, “Olivia”, had
her debut at a show in Shakopee, MN several weeks ago. Little did
we know, but she inherited a love for the show ring similar to her
mother, Jett! She entertained the crowd with her joyful puppy enthusiasm
and seemed sad that the judge only had her go around the ring once-
since we all know that is the really fun part…We will be bringing “Kadi”,
K-D’s at Tanglewood out soon- so keep an eye out for this twosome!
-We are making many additions to our Family
Album. Keep those photos coming- we love them! Send them to me
at cjerath@frontiernet.net
We truly wish you the happiest of holiday seasons and much joy in
the year to come.
